It is a two-floor bedroom area (building) with 4 bedrooms on each floor or 8 in total: there are 2 single-bed rooms, 2 double-bed rooms, and 4 three-bed rooms; in each of them there are wardrobes, hanging nightstands, bedding, linen, extra pillows and blankets. Each room is airconditioned. Each floor has a large terrace (balcony) facing the mountain, with table and chairs. Also, each floor has its own router with fast speed stable internet. Bathrooms and toilets are shared: three to four completely separated modern shower cabins, with a beautiful entry area with decorative sinks, mirrors, etc. Next to it or rather right across the shower are two (2) toilets, 4 all together in this area. The 9th bed is in a separate yet attached building, and normally it is not for rental. The attached building provides an elevated ground-floor containing the 9th bedroom (mini-studio, normally not for rental) a kitchen and a 40 square meters fully equipped conference room area: 35 chairs, a sofa and two arm chairs for separate meetings, a small library, computers, and, a beamer, and 7 long tables that can be connected or organized at your will, suitable for meetings, retreat gatherings and conference and training events, as well as to digital nomads as a spacious shared office space. The small kitchen is linked to a fully enclosed terrace with an area for laundry and a separate are for socializing allowing smoking as well. The ground floor has two toilets. The entire building, composed of this two connected yet separate parts, the sleeping (hotel or dormitory area) and the conference room (plus kitchen, laundry area) constitute a mix of a hotel type of sleeping arrangement with a working area for digital nomads, co-living for remote workers in the digital industry, artists, academics on sabbatical working remotely etc.
