The house is set in a peaceful olive grove in the village of Neochori, just a 5-minute drive from Stoupa and close to Kardamyli. It offers the perfect balance of tranquility and easy access to beaches, tavernas, and shops. Free on-site parking is available directly next to the house. At the front is a large terras and two wide balconies with sea views and sunset, while at the back a separate balcony offers a beautiful mountain view. With Starlink high-speed internet, you can work or unwind with inspiring views all around. The house has air conditioning in all rooms (cooling and heating) and a cozy fireplace for the winter months. The house comfortably sleeps 5 people in two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with a queensize bed plus a single bunk bed). In addition, there are two single sofa beds that can be used for short stays or visiting guests. This is our family home, also known as ManiHouseWithSeaView, where we spend part of the year.
