As you step into the villa on the 2nd floor, you will be greeted by the cozy living room, complete with advanced music player system (B&O) and flat 65’TV. The spacious living room and dining room feature unique Italian furniture handpicked by the owners, known for their refined taste. Sip on a drink and take in the views of Voula and the coastline from the comfort of the living room or the outside balcony. The villa's kitchen, on the right-hand side, is fully equipped with kitchenware, silverware, and utensils for meal preparation, as well as the latest appliances, including a kettle, coffee and espresso maker, mixer, blender, and more. Start your day with a variety of coffee and tea options, along with butter and jams for breakfast. On the 3rd floor, you will find 2 master bedrooms with king-size beds, each with a shared bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bathtub. Both bedrooms offer unparalleled views of the Aegean Sea and a large terrace for socializing with friends during the day or stargazing at night. The 1st floor features a second fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room with 2 sofas that can be used as additional beds. There is also a laundry corner with ironing facilities, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. On this floor, you will also find a pair of double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, jet showers, and spacious wardrobes. The fresh water pool, loungers, and umbrellas are located on this floor, as well as BBQ facilities. On request, a chef can prepare delicious Greek delicacies for you.
