The holiday home is built on a separate plot, bounded by stone walls, located in Cretan scenery with panoramic view towards the sea and mountains. Helidonia Villas-STEFANOS is a vacation rental with stunning panoramic views, located near Rethymno city and the beach. It is a ground floor accommodation for maximum 4 persons and. The entire inside living area is situated on one level. It is located at the village Agios Dimitrios and Pigi. Rethymno old town centre is 10 km away. Shopping facilities for everyday necessities can be found at the neighbouring village of Pigi at 300 m. providing butcher, bakery pharmacy, supermarket, taverns (2) and a cafe. The bus stop to the beach Platanes and Rethymno: 180 m. The airports "Chania and Heraklion" are about 80 km away. - 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom. KITCHEN The holiday house offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. LAUNDRY FACILITIES Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack. * Beds made with sheets and blankets. Also kitchen and bath towels are provided.
