We are aware that, despite the beauty of our land, there are not (yet!) many digital nomads in Greece. We understand how vital it is to be surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals, to spend quality time with them, and to develop deep, meaningful relationships. Since the beginning, we have attempted to welcome colivers to our location and island in the very same way that we would like to be welcomed. This also applies to university students and digital nomads, as we understand how vital it is to study and work from an inspirational place you can call home, equipped with all the amenities you may need to enhance your productivity and general quality of life. We wish to promote your social life but at your own pace. Make yourself at home while sipping coffee or wine at our bar, preparing cuisine in our communal kitchen, mingling in the lounge, or seeing a film in our cinema. According to the Greek Law, a new environmental fee is paid upon arrival by all guests staying in hotels, apartments and short-term rental and we are responsible for the collection. So, the environmental fee will be charged as follows: -stay from 01rst March until 31rst October: Euro 1.50 per room per night -stay from 1rst November until 29 February: Euro 0.50 per room per night
