The house is in a verdant area south of the small town of Kissamos and in a picturesque neighborhood of 8 adjacent farmhouses, which share a lane along their frontages. The village is surrounded by countless olive groves and has panoramic views over the olive groves and up to the sea. The building is old stone and has been fully renovated in 2024 while the necessary furnishings have been added. It is arranged over two levels and has frontages to the north on the alley of the village and to the south on a courtyard in its private use. The ground floor consists of one room, where currently there are the living space and an open-plan area that includes the kitchen and the dining space.
