In Vryses you will find all kinds of shops, various services, several cafes, traditional taverns as well as a beautiful square with big plane trees and running waters. Georgioupolis has a long, sandy beach with crystal clear waters while the beaches of Kalyves and Almyrida are about 15 km away. Chania is only 35 minutes' drive, Chania Airport and the port of Souda are about 25 minutes and Heraklion Airport about 1.5 hours.
